Pinnah Foods Limited, a fast-growing restaurant chain with six thriving outlets across Lagos, is looking for a talented and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the creative voice behind our brands, capturing the essence of our food, people, and unique customer experiences to stop the scroll and build a loyal online community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across all digital platforms.
- Create high-quality photo, video, reel, and short-form content on-site across our Lagos outlets.
- Write compelling captions and develop creative concepts that align with brand voice and goals.
- Manage comprehensive content calendars to ensure consistent, timely posting.
- Monitor current social media trends and adapt them into brand-appropriate content.
- Engage actively with our online community to foster relationships and drive digital growth.
- Cover in-store campaigns, product launches, events, and special brand activities.
- Track content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support broader business objectives.
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media platforms.
- Exceptional content creation, visual storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing engaging photo and video content on mobile and professional gear.
- Working knowledge of design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Deep awareness of digital culture and fast-moving social media trends.
- Creative, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience managing social media for food, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an added advantage.
