About the Role
Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting is partnering with a forward-thinking client to recruit a creative, digitally savvy, and highly organised Social Media & Community Operations Coordinator. In this exciting remote role, you will lead social media management, community engagement, customer support, and creator affiliate activities. The successful candidate will maintain an active online presence, coordinate newsletters, and provide responsive customer support during the night shift. Key Responsibilities- Develop, schedule, and publish daily social media content aligned with the brand strategy.
- Monitor digital platforms to engage with followers, respond to messages, and build an active community.
- Provide timely and professional customer support via live chat, email, and social media during the night shift.
- Recruit, engage, and manage travel creators for user-generated content (UGC) and affiliate programmes.
- Track creator performance, affiliate codes, eSIM perks, and overall programme metrics.
- Write and distribute engaging community newsletters, product announcements, and travel updates.
- Track and report social media performance, audience growth, and campaign reach.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer support, social media management, or affiliate marketing.
- Strict availability to work dedicated night shifts.
- Exceptional written English, copywriting, and communication skills.
