We are currently seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media and Content Manager to manage, scale, and elevate our digital presence across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and content strategies aligned with our core business objectives.
- Plan and manage dynamic monthly content calendars across all relevant corporate social media platforms.
- Create engaging multimedia assets, including written posts, graphics, high-quality photos, reels, and short-form videos.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and targeted marketing copy to resonate with our professional audience.
- Capture, produce, and edit professional-grade photos and videos for corporate campaigns and daily brand storytelling.
- Build and actively manage a vibrant online community by professionally responding to comments, direct messages, and client enquiries.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform analytics to identify innovative growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support digital campaigns, corporate events, training programs, and recruitment initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with modern creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
- Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
