About the Role
Ravinora Energy Services Limited is an indigenous Nigerian oil and gas services company established in 2011, operating as a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partner. We are committed to delivering technical solutions aligned with Nigeria's local content objectives. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Slickline Engineer/Operator to join our growing field operations team and contribute to our upstream oil and gas projects.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and execute slickline well intervention operations safely and efficiently in various field and offshore environments.
- Rig up and rig down slickline equipment, tools, and pressure control equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges downhole during well intervention activities.
- Conduct routine maintenance and pre-job inspections on all slickline units, tools, and associated surface equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and industry regulations on all job sites.
- Maintain accurate daily operational logs, service tickets, and prepare comprehensive post-job reports for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with client representatives, rig crews, and internal engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Geosciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant upstream oil and gas experience, with hands-on field expertise in slickline operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of well intervention operations, pressure control, safety procedures, and oilfield industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in challenging onshore and offshore field environments.
- Possession of valid industry-recognized safety and professional certifications will be a distinct advantage.
