About the Role
Dreampod Place is seeking a vibrant and organized Sketch Space Executive (User and Facility) to join our community-driven co-workspace and vibrant cafe in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, freelancers, remote workers, and entrepreneurs, ensuring our facility operates smoothly and delivers an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all user enquiries, facility tours, and bookings for event spaces, private offices, and meeting rooms.
- Conduct daily facility checks to maintain optimal cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
- Supervise cleaning staff and promptly log any maintenance issues for swift resolution.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the finance department by transmitting accurate booking details for timely invoicing.
- Oversee event-day setups and ensure that physical meet-ups, product demonstrations, and small events run without a hitch.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in facility management, customer service, or hospitality operations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for community building.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to daily facility maintenance.
- Proficiency in using digital booking tools and basic office productivity software.
