We are currently looking for a talented and proactive Site Supervisor / Engineer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our architectural visions to life by managing daily site operations, maintaining strict safety standards, and ensuring projects are executed to the highest engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workflow progress, proactively identify potential issues, and guarantee compliance with design requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and reliable subcontractors to drive timely project completion.
- Analyze and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, topographical data, and technical drawings to strategically plan construction activities.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of high-quality construction materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement effective preventive measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including detailed progress reports, site diaries, change orders, and quality control logs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in site supervision and construction engineering.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex architectural blueprints and technical drawings.
