About the Role
Megastar Technical & Construction Company is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Manage site labor, materials, and subcontractors efficiently to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Ensure all construction work meets strict project specifications and rigorous safety standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers to maintain alignment.
- Plan and coordinate detailed work schedules to consistently meet tight project deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and proactively resolve on-site challenges as they arise.
- B.Sc. in Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or a relevant equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction site supervision.
- Professional Engineer registration is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in productivity tools including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.
