About the Role
Darey.io is looking for a talented and driven Site Project Architect to oversee architectural designs, construction documentation, and site execution for our expanding portfolio. In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver buildable, high-quality architectural solutions while ensuring strict compliance with local building regulations and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural concepts, detailed construction drawings, schedules, and design documentation from concept to completion.
- Provide rapid turnaround on urgent design revisions, technical clarifications, and modifications to accommodate dynamic site conditions.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor works, review contractor submissions, resolve RFIs, and ensure adherence to approved designs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes proactively.
- Perform rigorous quality checks on all architectural drawings and documentation to ensure high technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience in building, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including AutoCAD, Revit/BIM software, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, site execution, and multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across Nigeria and temporarily relocate to project sites as required.
