About the Role
Mosra Enerji Limited is a market leader in energy and industrial services across Nigeria, combining technical expertise with a commitment to operational excellence. We are currently seeking experienced and execution-driven Site Operations Managers to strengthen operational leadership across our mining operations in Kogi and Delta States. Reporting to the Site Head, the successful candidates will provide strong day-to-day operational leadership and field presence, ensuring that production plans, management decisions, and operational targets are translated into disciplined execution across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Drive daily production execution and achievement of operational targets across mining and production activities.
- Maintain a strong field presence and supervision to enforce shift discipline and workforce accountability.
- Monitor and drive operational KPIs, heavy equipment utilization, and overall site productivity.
- Lead daily operational review meetings and ensure timely closure of agreed actions.
- Proactively identify operational constraints and ensure effective escalation and prompt resolution.
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, integrity, and professional conduct.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production/Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications such as COREN, COMEG, NMSE, or NSE is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant operational experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within mining, quarrying, heavy industry, or construction.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations, production planning, and operational KPIs.
