About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our on-site operations in Nigeria, champion our commitment to quality, and drive strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all Diversey operations on site and provide expert support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Expand the Food and Beverage (F+B) business coverage and drive revenue growth through increased Net Trade Sales (NTS).
- Liaise effectively with the customer management team to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage comprehensive reporting on behalf of Diversey for continuous performance tracking.
- Evaluate and identify training needs for team members to foster professional development and high performance.
- Implement rigorous process improvements and operational standards across the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in site management, operations, or key account management, preferably within the FMCG or F+B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team supervision and talent development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
