About the Role
Collection Developments is a leading real estate firm dedicated to creating exceptional properties and places that deliver lasting commercial and social value. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our construction sites operate safely, efficiently, and without disruption, setting new standards for residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the site delivery booking system to prevent gate congestion and unplanned interference with active construction areas.
- Coordinate daily tower crane and mobile crane schedules with Zone Construction Managers and the Programme and MEP Manager to eliminate conflicts.
- Oversee on-site material storage areas, allocating secure and accessible zones by material type and block.
- Coordinate specialized deliveries, such as wet rooms and bathroom units, with the Procurement Manager and crane operators.
- Implement and manage the site traffic management plan to ensure safe vehicle movements and pedestrian safety in collaboration with security.
- Coordinate heavy plant movements, crane repositioning, and equipment collections across the site.
- Monitor storage areas for material wastage, theft, or damage, and report issues promptly to the Construction Manager.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date delivery record log.
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of site logistics or construction management experience working on major multi-building projects.
- Strong working knowledge of crane operations and tower crane scheduling.
- Proven experience managing logistics on fast-track, high-population construction sites.
- Exceptional organizational, spatial awareness, and coordination abilities.
