About the Role
Bimfems Investment Limited is a leading Nigerian general oil field services company with over 10 years of industry excellence, providing trusted onshore and offshore solutions. We are currently seeking a reliable, dynamic, and experienced professional to join our logistics team as a Driver. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our daily operations by ensuring the safe and timely transportation of personnel and materials, maintaining strict adherence to road safety standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect the vehicle daily, check fuel and oil levels, keep it clean, and report or arrange for timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate travel logs, mileage records, fuel consumption reports, and delivery receipts.
- Ensure that all required vehicle documents, such as licenses, insurance, and registration, are up to date and valid.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for each trip to ensure on-time delivery and optimal fuel economy.
- Follow company policies and guidelines on vehicle use, safety protocols, and professional code of conduct.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation procedures and daily schedules.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no major violations or accidents.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Good verbal communication skills and excellent time-management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and vehicle maintenance basics.
