About the Role
Popville Luxury Homes is a premier real estate developer in Abuja, Nigeria, specializing in AI-powered, intelligent luxury residences. We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Site Inventory Officer to manage our construction materials, tools, and equipment across prestigious project sites in districts like Mabushi and Wuye. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting cost control efforts for our high-tech architectural developments.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and record all construction materials, tools, and equipment delivered to the site.
- Maintain up-to-date manual and digital inventory records using management software or cloud drives.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Organize storage areas safely and efficiently, ensuring proper material handling and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Issue materials to site supervisors based on approved requisitions and track daily stock movements.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Liaise with procurement, finance, and site operations teams to forecast needs and coordinate timely material replenishment.
- Ensure strict site security, compliance with safety standards, and immediate reporting of any discrepancies or loss.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an inventory officer, storekeeper, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
