About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer - Structural to join our dynamic construction team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating architectural designs into physical structures, ensuring that all building activities adhere strictly to approved specifications, timelines, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Explicitly implement project designs and construction work schedules as directed by the Project Supervisor.
- Ensure strict adherence to approved engineering designs, building codes, and project timelines throughout construction.
- Coordinate, supervise, and direct the daily activities of masons, laborers, and ad-hoc site personnel.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Supervisor, Executive Assistant, and external quality control consultants to maintain company standards.
- Implement the company project checklist to guarantee rigorous quality assurance and zero-defect construction.
- Optimize the allocation and utilization of financial resources and building materials to minimize on-site wastage.
- Enforce company construction policies and resolve site-level inconsistencies promptly.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Site Structural Engineer within the Nigerian real estate and construction industry.
- Mandatory professional certification, including COREN, NSE, or an equivalent recognized body.
- Strong expertise in construction practices, resource management, and quality control methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and execute complex project designs and technical specifications.
