About the Role

With a 95-year global legacy of excellence, we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer (Civil Works) to join our dynamic team and drive the successful execution of our infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is executed efficiently and in strict accordance with approved construction plans.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and guarantee that all activities comply with rigorous technical specifications.
- Set out works on site using survey instruments, coordinating with surveyors to confirm levels, alignments, and grades.
- Monitor structural, civil, and finishing works while maintaining the highest quality control and assurance standards.
- Prepare accurate daily site progress reports, material reconciliation records, and technical documentation.
- Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction site experience in civil works.
- Mandatory registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
- Active membership in the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
- Strong command of structural principles, construction methodologies, and material testing procedures.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Competitive monthly gross salary of 650,000 NGN.
