About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating architectural designs into physical structures, ensuring high standards of quality and safety on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret construction drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications accurately.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with engineering and design standards.
- Prepare comprehensive site reports, progress documentation, and material schedules.
- Monitor project timelines closely and actively support quality control processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, with fresh graduates and NYSC members strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering design software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must reside within Ajah and its surrounding environs in Lagos State for easy site accessibility.
