About the Role
NPHD Limited, on behalf of the Network for Health, Equity and Development (NHED), is seeking dynamic and experienced Short-Term Consultants to join our expanding portfolio of health and sustainable development projects across Nigeria. We are offering 3 to 6 month consultancy opportunities for professionals specializing in climate change health systems, procurement, digital health, business development, demand creation, health financing, immunization, capacity building, GESI, ward health systems, and MERL. Work arrangements may include field activities, remote tasks, and stakeholder workshops.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized technical expertise and strategic guidance tailored to your specific area of consultancy.
- Support health vulnerability assessments, supply chain optimization, digital health tool deployment, and health financing policy dialogues.
- Design and implement community mobilization strategies, capacity-building workshops, and gender and social inclusion (GESI) frameworks.
- Contribute to robust monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) initiatives by drafting comprehensive reports and analysis tools.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience in development work, research, or program implementation with NGOs, international organizations, or public agencies.
- Demonstrated expertise in your chosen technical category with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
