About the Role
Robeck Locks Ltd was founded in 2001 to provide the Nigerian marketplace with stylish, high-quality, and affordable locksets without compromising on durability and functionality. We import and distribute a wide range of fashionable door locksets and accessories made of brass, stainless steel, zinc, iron, and aluminum to trade professionals and construction companies. Dedicated to keeping families and valuables safe, we are currently looking for a dynamic Shop Floor Assistant to join our retail team at the Ipaja branch in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to walk-in customers promptly, providing accurate product information and expert guidance on door locks and accessories.
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, neatly arranged, properly labeled, and visually appealing.
- Assist with physical inventory restocking, accurate pricing, and tagging of items across the sales floor.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally in alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly store sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment on the shop floor at all times.
- Minimum of SSCE or OND (ND) in any related field.
- Previous retail or customer service experience within the Nigerian market is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light product lifting.
- High attention to detail, basic numeracy skills, and a friendly, sales-driven attitude.
