About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation & commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dedicated Shipping, Customs & Expediting Coordinator to own port clearance, shipping, customs documentation, demurrage management, and delivery logistics Group-wide.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all Group inbound and outbound shipments, including Crown Energy and DIOMH imports.
- Track shipment status end-to-end against project schedules and long-lead item plans.
- Set post-order expediting intensity by criticality and manage delivery logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian customs procedures, port operations, and relevant regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or logistics coordination, with oil & gas or EPCIC experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian customs procedures, Incoterms, and port operations in Lagos, Onne, and Port Harcourt.
- Demonstrated vendor and freight-forwarder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with logistics tracking tools and supply chain software.
