About the Role
Prestigious Consulting Group, a leading global staffing agency in Lagos, is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and dynamic Hospital Operations Manager to lead our healthcare facility's administrative and operational functions. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless daily operations, elevate patient care standards, and drive overall institutional excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient workflow across all departments.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative, nursing, and support staff, monitoring attendance, performance, and professionalism.
- Drive an exceptional patient experience by maintaining high customer service standards and promptly resolving complaints and operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor revenue cycles, billing, collections, and operational expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
- Manage hospital procurement, inventory control, and medical supplies.
- Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop, implement, and enforce hospital policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Track departmental KPIs, prepare comprehensive management reports, and oversee facility social media accounts.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience, with a strong background in a hospital, medical centre, or specialist clinic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, people-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, procurement, and administrative reporting.
