About the Role

Total Data Limited is a well-established and trusted service provider committed to operational excellence. We are looking to recruit a proactive and results-driven Shift Manager to oversee daily plant operations, ensure production efficiency, and coordinate workforce activities to achieve operational targets. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving productivity, maintaining strict safety standards, and ensuring seamless coordination across all operational units within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure output targets and shift schedules are successfully met.
  • Coordinate activities across production, warehouse, and logistics teams to guarantee a seamless workflow.
  • Supervise factory operatives, allocate shift duties, and monitor team performance to maintain high productivity and discipline.
  • Enforce strict safety standards, ensure compliance with company policies, and mandate consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Monitor product quality, machinery functionality, and report faults promptly to the maintenance department.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, workforce attendance, and incidents while preparing comprehensive operational reports for management.
  • Identify operational gaps, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a First Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in operations, production, or plant supervision.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and industrial relations management skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, regulatory compliance, and plant operations.
