About the Role
Join Total Data Limited, a leading full-service Internet provider since 1994, as a Shift Manager. In this pivotal role, you will direct and coordinate production activities, manage logistics workflows, and lead a team of operatives to achieve daily production targets while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate activities of production staff including loaders, pallet setters, and conveyor workers
- Recruit, train, and orient new factory operatives to company standards
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet daily targets
- Monitor operational workers and organize workflows to ensure efficiency and smooth production processes
- Maintain comprehensive operational records including time sheets, production data, and daily truck/trailer loading reports
- Enforce safety policies, procedures, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Recommend and execute personnel actions including hiring, evaluations, and promotions
- Prepare detailed production and performance reports for management review
- Ensure complete reconciliation of activities between clients and TDL
- Maintain confidentiality of all operational and personnel information
- First Degree or National Diploma (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or shift management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations and HR policies
- Excellent people management and supervisory skills
- Outstanding communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in data recording and analytical reasoning
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively
