Key Responsibilities- Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Execute various sewing and production tasks precisely as instructed by floor supervisors.
- Inspect finished products meticulously to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation to promote workplace productivity.
- Adhere strictly to all company production, safety, and quality assurance procedures.
- Report any machine faults, technical glitches, or production bottlenecks promptly to maintenance.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily production targets and strict project deadlines.
- Proven previous experience working as a sewing machine operator or in a fast-paced production environment.
