The clinic delivers advanced, clinical-grade skin enhancements, anti-aging therapies, comprehensive body wellness treatments, and cosmetic dental services. We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented Microblading Artist to join our growing team of beauty and wellness professionals. In this role, you will provide exceptional semi-permanent makeup services, ensuring every client achieves natural, beautifully sculpted brows while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction in a luxury clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional microblading, shading, and semi-permanent eyebrow procedures tailored to individual client facial features and preferences.
- Conduct thorough pre-procedure consultations to discuss client expectations, medical history, and skin types.
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, sanitation, and safety protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
- Provide comprehensive aftercare instructions and guidance to clients to ensure optimal healing and pigment retention.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and high-quality before-and-after photographs for portfolio and clinic use.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and safety standards in the permanent makeup and aesthetic industry.
- Relevant professional certification or training in microblading and semi-permanent makeup artistry.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Microblading Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Exceptional artistic eye, steady hands, and precision in symmetry, shape, and color matching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
