Key Responsibilities- Lead a crew in providing foundational slickline services within the assigned geographic area while maintaining strict accountability for onsite customer satisfaction.
- Consult with clients regarding products and services, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations.
- Review job designs, confirm proper equipment and processes, and verify that units, pressure control equipment, and downhole tools are ready for deployment.
- Execute all operational aspects in strict compliance with Halliburton Management System (HMS) processes and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Conduct well-site safety assessments, risk analyses, safety meetings, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform onsite emergency equipment maintenance, apply technical problem-solving for unanticipated situations, and coordinate effectively with third-party stakeholders.
- Train service operators and operator assistants, while actively developing your own technical leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Complete all required well-site and post-job documentation and participate in comprehensive post-job reviews with your supervisor.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of pre- and post-job slickline product and service activities.
- Proven ability to properly maintain assigned field equipment and ensure full compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective crew leadership and customer relationship management.
