About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Service Entry Review Officer to support our operations in Nigeria, specifically assisting major clients within the oil and gas, energy, and large industrial sectors by ensuring seamless procurement and contract administration workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process service entry sheets in accordance with established company procedures and compliance standards.
- Validate services rendered against approved contracts, purchase orders, and comprehensive supporting documentation.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of all service entry submissions before final processing.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to promptly resolve any service entry discrepancies.
- Monitor service entry processing timelines and actively manage aging transactions to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain highly accurate service entry records and organize supporting documentations for auditing purposes.
- Support invoice readiness by ensuring approved service entries are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate unresolved service validation or compliance issues affecting overall service entry completion.
- Generate comprehensive service entry tracking and performance reports for management review.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of a Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement operations, contract administration, service entry processing, or supply chain support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise ERP or SCM systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Relevant professional certifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Prior experience working within oil and gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred.
