Goldenville Montessori School, a citadel of learning and moral excellence founded in January 2008, is seeking a dedicated and professional Driver to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations by providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services for our students and staff. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to integrity, safety, and excellence, ensuring that all passengers have a secure and pleasant commuting experience.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities on time.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and school policies at all times.
- Maintain the assigned school vehicle in clean and excellent working condition by conducting routine checks.
- Report any mechanical issues, damages, or required maintenance to school management promptly.
- Assist students safely in boarding and alighting from the vehicle, exercising utmost care and patience.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful demeanor with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and relevant professional driving certifications.
- Proven professional driving experience, preferably within a school or educational institution setting.
- Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and safety procedures in Nigeria.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to child safety.
- Demonstrated professionalism, high reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic tech-savviness for using navigation tools and mobile communication is an added advantage.
