About the Role

As a Service Engineer, Mechanical, you will play a critical role in providing technical field services to ensure the optimal functioning and maintenance of our advanced equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform complex technical tasks and troubleshooting in the field, contributing to equipment functionality and resolving issues in collaboration with customers and the service team.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to enhance the customer experience and ensure operational product reliability.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to coordinate on-site activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Participate in the continuous development of field service processes and methods by offering valuable feedback on equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate activity records and reports while strictly adhering to internal company policies, quality benchmarks, and rigorous safety standards.
- Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical maintenance and field services.
- Mandatory hands-on working experience with Gas engines.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively for on-site assignments.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an advantage.
- Recognized safety certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
