Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily transport and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and timely service delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding shipment statuses and service updates.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, optimize routes, and enhance overall service quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a transport and logistics organization.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain or Logistics will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business analysis tools.
