About the Role
Teestone Hotels & Apartments is a modern boutique hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ikeja, just 15 minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. We pride ourselves on delivering contemporary hospitality, comfort, and convenience to business and leisure travelers alike. We are currently looking for an Experienced Hotel Driver to join our dynamic team and ensure our guests receive exceptional transportation services from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport hotel guests, management, and staff to designated local destinations and appointments.
- Provide prompt and professional airport pick-up and drop-off services for arriving and departing guests.
- Assist guests courteously with loading, unloading, and handling their luggage.
- Conduct routine daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking fuel, oil, tires, brakes, and lights.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-maintained hotel vehicle at all times.
- Comply strictly with all Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and hotel policies.
- Keep accurate logs of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Report any mechanical faults, damages, or necessary servicing promptly to management.
- Plan efficient routes to guarantee punctual arrivals while maintaining complete guest confidentiality.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos roads, Ikeja routes, and alternative traffic bypasses.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Smart, well-presented appearance with a courteous, punctual, and reliable attitude.
- Basic knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
