About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Executive to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to our valued clients in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), coordinating internal teams, managing client expectations, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations and ensure all services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, technical, and logistics to guarantee seamless project delivery and timelines.
- Promptly address and resolve client complaints and escalations while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Track and report on service delivery metrics, analyzing performance data to recommend continuous process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and proactive risk management protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in service delivery, operations, or client management roles, preferably within OOH, telecoms, or logistics industries.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with project management skills being an added advantage.
