About the Role
Teestone Hotel & Apartments is a modern boutique hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ikeja, just 15 minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. We are currently looking for a professional and dedicated Hotel Driver to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel for many arriving guests, ensuring they experience exceptional service from the moment they land in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport hotel guests, VIPs, and management to designated local destinations and meetings.
- Provide prompt and reliable airport pickup and drop-off services for arriving and departing guests.
- Conduct routine daily inspections of hotel vehicles, checking fuel, oil, tires, brakes, and lights.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentable condition of all assigned vehicles inside and out.
- Obey all Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and hotel transport policies meticulously.
- Assist guests courteously with loading and unloading luggage during transfers.
- Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel consumption, trip schedules, and vehicle maintenance.
- Report any mechanical issues, damages, or necessary servicing to management promptly.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of Ikeja, Lagos roads, alternative routes, and traffic management strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Punctual, well-presented, reliable, and capable of maintaining strict guest confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
