We are seeking passionate and polished Front of House professionals to join our opening team. Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, ensuring an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, explain intricate Afro-fusion dishes and beverage pairings with confidence and deep product knowledge.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, utilizing the restaurant ordering system efficiently and communicating special dietary requests to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders promptly and maintain fine dining standards throughout the service journey.
- Anticipate guest needs, proactively resolving any concerns with grace, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of tables, side stations, and the overall dining area.
- Proven professional experience as a Server, Waiter, or similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale or fine dining establishments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional grooming standards aligned with fine dining expectations.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and customer service principles.
- Residency in Jos or willingness to relocate promptly.
