About the Role
Green Africa, Nigeria's innovative value-based airline headquartered in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEP Instructor to join our dynamic Cabin Services team. Our mission is to connect people and resources across Nigeria and open up the West African seaboard through safe, reliable, and affordable air travel. In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping the competence, safety standards, and service excellence of our cabin crew members, ensuring they meet both regulatory requirements and our high company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regulated ground and classroom training, drills, and practical training on aircraft types as authorized by aviation authorities.
- Perform regular classroom evaluations, competency checks, assessments, and line checks for both Senior Cabin Crew Members (SCCMs) and Cabin Crew Members (CCMs).
- Identify operational trends and review training modules to develop new courses that enhance safety and service delivery.
- Provide impactful line training, coaching, and mentoring to SCCMs and CCMs to monitor and maintain top-tier safety and service standards.
- Participate in the production of training materials and multimedia resources as required by the department.
- Deliver comprehensive cabin service-related training and assist with other operational duties within the cabin services department.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent Higher National Diploma (HND).
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience as an operating senior cabin crew member.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
