- Drive software development projects from initial conception through to successful delivery.
- Make critical architectural decisions and establish robust engineering standards and development practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving support to resolve complex technical challenges.
- 5 to 8 years of overall professional experience in the software engineering industry.
- Minimum of 5 years specifically holding a Software Engineering Lead or Technical Lead position.
- Demonstrated expertise in software architecture, modern development practices, and engineering standards.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage diverse project stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
