About the Role
Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a talented and driven Senior Tech Professional in Completions to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide advanced Completion, Products and Services job design, well support, and post-job analysis, helping global energy leaders optimize their operations with cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert Completion, Products & Services job design, well support, and comprehensive post-job analysis to customers in the designated service area.
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with key customer personnel and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support, interpreting complex well-site data in real-time using sophisticated software simulators and advanced equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal project execution.
- Act as a crucial communication bridge between clients, Business Development, and Operations teams.
- Mentor, coach, and guide Associate Technical Professionals and Technical Professionals to foster team growth and talent retention.
- Undergraduate degree in any Engineering discipline, Engineering Technology, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in completion tools or related energy sector operations.
- Certification as a Licensed or Chartered Professional Engineer is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, make critical on-site decisions, and handle complex technical assignments.
