About the Role
Zenith Carex International Limited is a leading logistics and clearing company specializing in freight forwarding, customs clearance, haulage, and related supply chain services across all Nigerian seaports and airports. We are currently looking for a dedicated IT Operations Officer to join our team and ensure the seamless daily operation of our technology infrastructure, endpoint hardware, and office systems.
Key Responsibilities- Actively monitor office network infrastructure and manage third-party Internet Service Providers to guarantee high availability and reliable connectivity.
- Oversee daily operations of CCTV cameras, NVRs, and DVR systems, conducting routine audits to maintain video recording integrity and physical security compliance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conference room technology, audiovisual systems, and wireless casting solutions for executive meetings.
- Manage network printers, peripherals, and vendor relationships for hardware maintenance and consumables.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources to provision laptops, user accounts, and system permissions for incoming employees while tracking IT asset inventory.
- Possess 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, help desk support, or technical systems administration.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows and macOS configuration, basic networking fundamentals, and Wi-Fi management.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up and troubleshooting CCTV systems, audiovisual conference room devices, and user directories like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
