We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team and take ownership of enterprise IT infrastructure projects that impact organizations across Africa. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage sophisticated technology environments while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with global OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and support enterprise IT infrastructure solutions for large-scale organizations
- Implement and manage hyperconverged infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and data center solutions
- Configure, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, and VPNs
- Troubleshoot complex technical environments and provide advanced Level 2/3 support
- Collaborate with global OEM partners to deliver optimal solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability development
- 3–6 years of proven enterprise infrastructure experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Nutanix, VMware, Cisco, HPE, Huawei, Fortinet, or Palo Alto Networks
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering world-class technology solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
