Key Responsibilities- Lead the formulation and execution of corporate growth strategies to expand Landmark Africa's real estate and business services portfolio.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to streamline operations and enhance our client value proposition.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators within the Nigerian and broader African market to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and drive strategic partnerships that align with the company's long-term vision.
- Applicants must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
- Proven professional experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or serviced office sector will be an added advantage.
