About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior State Coordinator (POS) to drive aggregator performance, expand our agent network, and accelerate business growth within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard, supervise, and actively manage assigned aggregators to meet weekly terminal activity targets.
- Drive continuous growth in the agent base and ensure daily increases in agent transaction revenue.
- Resolve all agent and aggregator-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure proper control, utilization, and management of all terminals mapped to aggregators.
- Reactivate inactive aggregators through targeted support and strategic engagement.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the field.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and report insights to management.
- Organize field data and generate deep agent insights to enhance sales force productivity.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior sales experience working in a similar role within the Nigerian Fintech industry.
- Computer savvy with strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
