About the Role
Nile University of Nigeria, a multidisciplinary private institution and member of Honoris United Universities, is seeking a competent and result-ोरेंटed Senior Specialist, Learning Media Producer (Instructional–Media Specialist) to join our Nile Digital Education team in Abuja. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of higher education by producing world-class multimedia learning assets that elevate the student experience.
Key Responsibilities- Produce instructional videos, animations, screen recordings, podcasts, and other multimedia learning assets.
- Translate learning objectives and instructional designs into engaging visual and audio experiences.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, shot lists, and production plans for educational content.
- Record and edit lectures, demonstrations, interviews, and instructional materials.
- Apply instructional design principles, accessibility standards, and adult learning principles to media production.
- Collaborate with Learning Designers, subject matter experts, and faculty members to develop impactful learning media.
- Manage post-production activities including video editing, audio enhancement, captioning, and graphics integration.
- Maintain a structured digital media library and ensure appropriate version control.
- Develop templates and production standards to improve consistency and scalability.
- Monitor learner engagement with multimedia content and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate external media vendors and ensure compliance with institutional branding and copyright requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Instructional Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in instructional media, multimedia production, e-learning, or digital content production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning environments.
- Strong knowledge of video, audio, animation, and interactive media production techniques.
