About the Role
Multipro Consumer Products Limited (MCPL), established in 1996 as a fully owned subsidiary of the Tolaram Group, is the leading sales, haulage, and logistics company in Nigeria. We are currently looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our human resources team. In this dual-capacity role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our employee learning experience while attracting top-tier talent to support our continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging training videos, e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, iSpring Suite, or Adobe Captivate.
- Produce high-quality learning content and training videos utilizing platforms like Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Powtoon, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Manage and update course content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) including Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, or SAP Litmos while tracking completion rates and generating reports.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex business processes into accessible, engaging educational materials.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, encompassing job postings, active sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and seamless candidate communication.
- Leverage LinkedIn, social media, and other professional channels to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, maintain meticulous recruitment records, and champion internal employer branding initiatives.
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated 2 to 5 years of professional experience combining content creation, e-learning development, and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in modern e-learning authoring tools, video editing software, and LMS administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to source, screen, and engage top talent across various platforms.
