Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the Nigerian retail tech market.
- Plan, schedule, and manage monthly content calendars across all major platforms.
- Create, oversee, and optimize engaging multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
- Build and actively manage a vibrant online community of tech enthusiasts and shoppers.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and customer feedback professionally.
- Manage, test, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular insightful reports.
- Research emerging social media trends, platform updates, and e-commerce opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to align strategies with business goals.
- Proven professional experience managing corporate social media accounts, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in paid social media advertising, audience targeting, and conversion strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, test ideas, and make informed decisions.
