In this role, you will lead client relationships, shape cutting-edge social media strategies, and oversee impactful digital campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned client accounts and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies and detailed content calendars.
- Coordinate content creation across teams and ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, including Meta advertising.
- Prepare insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations for brand improvement.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and client deliverables efficiently.
- Identify strategic opportunities for account growth, upselling, and enhanced client retention.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and challenges proactively to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or agency client services.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Exceptional client-facing and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and proficiency in Meta Business Suite.
- Working knowledge of Canva, campaign reporting tools, and professional copywriting.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Google Analytics, basic SEO, and sales funnels is an advantage.
