About the Role
Rotation and Precision Machines Limited, a leading engineering solutions, sales, and procurement firm, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market share, promoting premium engineering brands including Fuchs lubricants, and providing exceptional technical support to our diverse industrial clientele across the manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage, construction, and cement sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth by achieving agreed sales budgets for company brands and Fuchs lubricants within the assigned Nigerian territory.
- Execute guided sales strategies to ensure a minimum gross contribution of 30% while protecting premium price positioning.
- Conduct direct sales visits, manage key accounts, and develop positive, long-term relationships with industrial clients.
- Assess customer applications to recommend correct engineering products, power transmission components, bearings, and industrial spares with high integrity.
- Perform site surveys, provide expert technical advice, and guide customers through the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports using company sales tools and databases.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven corporate B2B direct selling experience within manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or industrial engineering sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling industrial machinery, parts such as pumps, valves, bearings, conveyors, and lubricants.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
