Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-impact research in management, business administration, public administration, and leadership development.
- Publish scholarly articles in reputable, peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in research and academic pursuits.
- Design, develop, and coordinate specialized training programs, seminars, and workshops for industry professionals.
- Secure research grants and foster strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, governmental bodies, and international research institutions.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic administration within the African Centre for Management and Leadership.
- Possession of a PhD in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Human Resource Management, or a closely related discipline.
- A First Degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD.
- A minimum of 10 years of combined working, professional, and academic experience in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of active teaching experience at the tertiary education level.
- A strong publication record comprising a minimum of eight (8) peer-reviewed journal articles.
