We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Swimming Instructor to join our vibrant community and lead our aquatics program.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive, engaging swimming lesson plans suited for various age groups and skill levels within the school.
- Ensure the highest standards of water safety, supervision, and accident prevention during all swimming sessions and academy pool activities.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student development and swimming achievements.
- Promote water confidence, stroke development, and physical fitness while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the physical education department and school administration to integrate swimming activities into the broader school calendar.
- Maintain swimming equipment, ensure pool area hygiene, and adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
- Relevant professional certifications in swimming instruction, lifesaving, and CPR/First Aid.
- Proven professional experience as a swimming instructor, preferably within a school or structured educational setting.
- A genuine passion for education, student safety, and holistic student development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
