About the Role
Hall 7 Real Estate is a leading contemporary real estate development company based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to delivering exceptionally high-quality residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project cost planning, estimation, and contract administration, ensuring our signature construction projects are delivered successfully within approved budgets and to the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, contracts, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in collaboration with architects and project managers.
- Conduct thorough cost analyses, feasibility studies, and price forecasts for required construction materials.
- Perform proactive risk management, value engineering, and continuous cost control functions throughout project lifecycles.
- Track design and construction modifications while adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Measure and value completed works on-site, preparing accurate interim valuations and final accounts.
- Provide expert advice on contractual claims, dispute resolutions, and construction law compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven professional experience in construction estimating, financial management, or related roles.
- Active membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) or another recognized professional regulatory body.
- Strong expertise in quantification, cost analysis, construction technology, and contract law.
- Exceptional proficiency in procurement management, reporting, and project management principles.
