About the Role
Kainuwa Sustainable Development Foundations (KSDF) is seeking a dedicated and analytical Senior Programme Analyst to join our team in Gombe State. Founded in 2019 and formally registered in 2025, KSDF is committed to driving social equity and improving human capital in underserved communities through practical, community-driven solutions. In this role, you will serve as the analytical-management bridge within the Delivery and Management Unit (DMU), translating fragmented technical updates, grant progress, and data findings into concise, decision-ready briefs for leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate implementation evidence by synthesizing submissions from technical committees, execution grants, and annual operational plans.
- Frame management problems by developing structured problem statements and identifying root causes, coordination issues, and necessary leadership decisions.
- Prepare executive decision products, including Top Management Team (TMT) briefs with clear options, implications, and recommended accountable institutions.
- Maintain a cross-cutting view of dependencies across service delivery, financing, supply chain, and human resources for health.
- Minimize reporting burdens by establishing authoritative action narratives utilizing existing progress reports.
- Deliver monthly integrated programme-performance narratives, risk registers, and quarterly bottleneck analyses.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in programme analysis, management, or a related field within public health.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in structured problem solving, analytical reasoning, and synthesizing complex information from multiple sources.
- Exceptional executive-writing and presentation capabilities with experience preparing high-level decision materials.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with senior management, governance committees, and diverse government agencies.
