About the Role
Ace Strategy & Consults is a leading impact-driven organization dedicated to transforming public health systems and tackling social inequities across Nigeria. We partner with governments and communities to design and implement sustainable, scalable solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Analyst to lead defined workstreams in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our public health programs, primarily based in Kano with travel as required.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of strategic program workstreams from planning through implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Conduct and oversee literature reviews, desk research, and evidence synthesis to inform technical strategies.
- Prepare high-quality technical deliverables, including proposals, reports, briefs, and presentations.
- Analyze complex program and research data to translate findings into actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
- Review and quality-assure data, analysis, and reporting produced by junior analysts and officers.
- Coach, supervise, and mentor junior team members to build their technical and professional capacity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, donors, and key stakeholders in the Nigerian health sector.
- Represent ACE professionally in client, partner, and donor discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Epidemiology, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in health research, public health programs, or consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in workstream leadership, supervision, and complex data analysis.
- Strong familiarity with the Nigerian health system and experience working with institutional stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within Kano State and surrounding areas as project needs dictate.
